Abstract
Warm congratulations to Luis Vargas (top) and Thomas Saaty who won the 2011 Herbert Simon Award for Outstanding Contribution in Information Technology and Decision Making for their paper “THE POSSIBILITY OF GROUP WELFARE FUNCTIONS†published in the International Journal of Information Technology & Decision Making (IJITDM), 2005, vol. 04, issue 02, pages 167- 176.
